The purpose of AMTRA is to enhance the Safety of Monster Truck Racing and Freestyle Events for drivers and spectators alike.
There is no guaranteed certainty of safety by adopting the rules and regulations of the publication however adhering to these guidelines will enhance safety for all concerned.
These regulations and principles are intended purely as a guideline for safer conduct of the Sport and in no way a guarantee against injury or fatalities to participants or spectators.
Perfect adherence and application of the regulations published by AMTRA will not assure that all vehicles will perform all safety applications. The individual constructor and driver have the ultimate control of how the Monster Truck vehicle is constructed and operated.
Using AMTRA rules does not imply that all safety measures are included. AMTRA or it's representatives assume no liability whatsoever and will not be held responsible for any incidents/accidents occurred due to accidents by it's Associates and Members.
Any vehicle component not included in these rules or any deviation from these rules will be subject to Associations written approval.
